Smidge® Morning Magnesium (formerly Wake Up Maggie™) capsules contain a natural blend of premium magnesium to enrich the body and provide energy and alertness, all while being easy on digestion. Contains the purest, highest quality forms of magnesium available: magnesium orotate, magnesium taurinate and magnesium malate. Also includes boron (bororganic glycine) to help with magnesium absorption and to support bone health. Convenient vegetarian capsules provide 200 mg of magnesium and 1.5 mg of boron with every serving (4 capsules).

Suggested Use:
Adults: Start with 1 capsule daily with food. Then take four capsules together, or as directed by a practitioner.
Smidge Morning Magnesium should be taken with food in general, with breakfast or lunch. Do not take in the afternoon or evening, as it may disrupt sleep.
Adults, Morning Magnesium is not recommended for children under 5 years of age, as it may cause excitability. For children 5 and older, take one capsule and work up to two capsules. Or as directed by a practitioner. Mix the contents with yogurt or a smoothie."
