This formula is identical to Dan Zhi Xiao Yao San. "Jia Wei" means added flavor, while "Dan Zhi" refers to the addition of Mu Dan Pi and Zhi Zi (Jiao) to the Xiao Yao San base formula. Formula Principles: -Soothes the liver and Disperse stagnation -Sedates the Heart and balance emotions -Strengthens the Spleen -Nourishes the Blood -Regulates menstruation -Clears Heat

Suggested Use:
Mix one teaspoon (4.5 grams) in 1 cup hot water. Take 30 minutes before or 1 hour after meals, 2-3 times daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
